After gaining employment with us, Arron worked mainly on new build housing projects. At the same time he continued with his studies on the day release programme and went on to complete a NVQ2 and ICA (Intermediate Construction Award) in plastering. During in first year of his employment Arron represented the college at the national skillbuild finals at Birmingham. This year Arron has progress onto Level three and gained a NVQ3 and ACA (Advanced Construction Award) in solid plastering.

With our backing Arron has now enrolled on next years CIOB Site Management course.


This is truly a superb example of how far somebody can progress through education with sheer determination, perseverance and hard work. Arron has just turned 19 and in short space of time he has successfully achieved many qualifications.
