28 February 2011 - Training complete on Putzmeister spray machine	February 28th 2011

We now have the capabilities to supply and fix sprayed Weber render and have completed contracts for various clients. Our render team have been trained to use Putzmeister spray machine. In the past 6 months we have carried out work on new private housing and also on a social housing development (block of flats) in Huddersfield.

29 October 2010 - Our apprentice Luke Carter in Romania

October 29th 2010

Luke Carter, a 2nd year apprentice at Craven College , joined a party of volunteers and travelled to Archita in Romania to help restore buildings in the Saxon Village.

The trip was a joint venture between Interbau and Craven College who specialise in heritage plastering. Once on site Luke gained valuable knowledge and experience from the locals in helping to bring back the history of the buildings in a time honoured and traditional way.

July 2008 - Apprentice Success - Daniel Vaughn	July 23rd 2008

We are happy to announce that one of our apprentices, Daniel Vaughn has been awarded an NVQ Level 3. Daniel started at Leeds College of Building whilst at school just aged 14. He completed an introduction to construction diploma course and was then accepted on a full time plastering course achieving a (FCA) Foundation Construction Award. After gaining employment with us, Daniel worked mainly on new build housing projects. At the same time he continued with his studies on the block release programme and went on to complete a NVQ2 and ICA (Intermediate Construction Award) in plastering. This year Daniel has progressed onto Level three and gained a NVQ3 and ACA (Advanced Construction Award) in solid plastering. With our backing Daniel has now enrolled on next years CIOB Site Management course. This is truly a superb example of how far somebody can progress through education with sheer determination, perseverance and hard work. Daniel has just turned 19 and in short space of time he has successfully achieved many qualifications. Daniel recently received an award from West Yorkshire Lifelong Learning Network. He was presented with a highly commended award in construction and the built environment for his high level of academic at such a young age. Below is photograph of Daniel receiving his award.
